Was possessed by Mom’s cooking skills for this attempt to cook a popular Chinese food known to many as Chop suey. Accidentally did something terrible on the cornstarch turns out that there’s nothing to be worried about… the entire coarse gonna be just fine eventually. And so it was?! I think I discover something after the cornstarch incident that I can keep as a ‘secret’ for myself. I wouldn’t have thought that I could innovate (perhaps? :D) something in cooking from an unexpected circumstance. 😀

So, I now announce that I successfully cooked my first ever Chop suey… not bad for a neophyte, huh? Thanks to my Mom for the quick and easy guiding steps of culinary. 😀
